    摘要:

    国内外学者对服务营销作为一门独立的学科的理论基础是什么一直没有一个统一的观点。通过对服务营销与关系营销的研究成果分析,可以得出服务营销的理论基础是关系营销的结论。

    Abstract:

    Since service marketing became an independent subject, scholars, home and abroad, have researched it deeply, but until now they have not yet come to a unified view on its theoretical basis, which leads to great differences in the subject system of service marketing. The author starts from the present opinions available, and holds that the theoretical basis of service marketing is relationship marketing through analyzing the research results of service marketing and relationship marketing.
