深刻认识与把握 “以党的自我革命引领社会革命” 这一重大命题, 首先要有效破题。 破解这 一重大理论与实践命题, 必须坚持问题导向、 目标导向与实践取向, 聚焦新时代、 新问题、 新矛盾、 新要 求; 必须结合全面从严治党、 解决大党独有难题来深刻认识党的自我革命作为跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率的 “第二个答案” 的当代意蕴, 根据 “四自” 基本内涵深刻把握新时代党的自我革命的内在逻辑与时代要 求; 必须深刻认识两种性质、 两种类型的社会革命, 结合全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新任务新要求来 深刻认识社会革命的当代意蕴; 必须从 “改造主体世界与改造客体世界” 基本逻辑出发, 以党的建设、 党的领导、 党的事业相统一为基本分析范式, 深刻把握以党的自我革命引领社会革命的当代意蕴、 现实要 求与实践机制。

Abstract:

To expound the major theoretical and practical proposition of _"guiding the social revolution with the self-revolution of CPC _"，we must be problem-oriented，goal-oriented and practice-oriented，and focus on the new era，new problems，new contradictions and new requirements. First of all，we must understand the contemporary meaning of the Party’s self-revolution by combining it with the strict governance of the Party，solving the unique problems of the big party and jumping out of the rise-and-fall historical cycle. As a symbolic concept，self-revolution can be used in many contexts，such as revolutionary spirit，political courage，political character，party logo and party practice. At the centenary of the founding of the Party，taking self-revolution as the _"second answer _" to jump out of the historical cycle has unique political implications. Only by combining it with the strict governance of the party in the new era，solving the unique problems of the big party，jumping out of the rise-and-fall historical cycle，can we deeply grasp the unique meaning and innovative value of the party _’s self-revolution in the new era. Secondly，we must have a deep understanding of the two types of social revolution and the contemporary meaning of social revolution in combination with the new tasks and requirements of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. In the traditional sense，social revolution mainly refers to the transformation of superstructure through the transformation of economic foundation. However，from the perspective of the relationship between scientific and technological revolution and social revolution，every cross-era scientific and technological revolution in human history will inevitably lead to changes in productivity and production relations，and will also lead to corresponding social transformation. From the perspective of social movement，there are two types of social revolution: one is to break the old political superstructure and change the national social system，which can be called _"social system reform _". The other is a new social construction movement carried out within the existing national social system. This _"social construction movement _" can change a country’s social civilization and achieve social transformation，but it does not change the fundamental system and social structure of a country or society. Fundamentally，China _’s social revolution in the new era is not the change of social system，but the reshaping and optimizing of social form. It is an _"innovative version _" of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization，a _"new form _" of human civilization，and a new social construction movement. Moreover，to grasp the contemporary meaning，realistic requirements and practical mechanism of the Party _’s self-revolution in leading the social revolution，we must start from the basic logic of _"transforming the subject world and the object world _"，and taking the unity of the Party _’s construction，leadership and cause as the basic analytical paradigm. From the perspective of the relationship between the subject and object，it is necessary to have a scientific system，mechanism and method to realize the Party _’s self-revolution in leading the social revolution. To sum up，the focus of the Party _’s self-revolution to lead the social revolution in the new era mainly includes three aspects，namely，the Party _’s self-revolution，the Party _’s leadership，and the social revolution. It is the key to solving the problem of how to give full play to the initiatives of the central and local governments，organizations and individuals，political parties and the people，and the state and society.
