共同富裕与新发展理念作为党的二十大报告的高频词, 具有强烈的内在关联性和互动耦合性。“创新” 是创造财富的动力源泉, 促进财富 “蛋糕” 量的增长与质的提升, 有利于夯实共同富裕的物质基础; “协调” 是防止发展分化与失衡的重要杠杆, 保障经济社会健康发展, 有利于筑牢共同富裕的根基;“绿色” 是永续发展的必要条件, 满足人们日益增长的生态需求并保障发展的可持续性, 有利于促进生态共 同富裕; “开放” 是统筹利用国际国内两个市场两种资源的关键举措, 助推经济高质量发展, 有利于拓宽共同富裕的实现路径; “共享” 是先富带后富政策的具体落实, 促进社会公平正义, 有利于推动共同富裕稳步前进。 新时代新征程必须牢固树立与贯彻落实新发展理念, 构建与新发展理念相适应的体制机制及其配套政策措施, 在高质量发展中扎实促进共同富裕。

Abstract:

As the high-frequency words in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China ,common prosperity and the new development philosophy have strong internal relevance and interaction coupling. As the source of power to create wealth, _"Innovation_" improves the quality and quantity of wealth _"cake_", which is conducive to consolidating the material foundation of common prosperity. As an important lever to prevent differentiated and unbalanced development._"Coordination _"guarantees the healthy development of economy and society,which is conducive to building the foundation of common prosperity. As a necessary condition for sustainable development, _"Green_" meets people ?s growing ecological needs and ensures the sustainability of development which is beneficial to promoting ecological prosperity. As a key measure to make overall use of the two major markets and resources at home and abroad, _"Opening up _"boosts high-quality economic development and help broaden the path to common prosperity. As a specific implementation of the policy of letting the rich help others get rich, _"Sharing_" promotes social fairness and justice, and makes for the steady progress of common prosperity. In the new era ,we must firmly establish and implement the new development philosophy, build institutional mechanisms and supporting policy systems compatible with it ,and firmly promote common prosperity in high-quality development.
