政党主导型现代国家建设:基于中国式现代化理论和历史逻辑的阐释

中国的现代国家建设模式具有显著的政党主导特征, 以 “党建国家” 和 “党治国家” 为突出 表现, 即中国共产党通过加强自身建设来领导社会革命和主导国家治理, 并成为引领国家建设和现代化发展 的主导性力量。 在完成中华民族的主权独立、 国家统一的过程中, 作为 “主义-政党-党军” 高度三位一体 的新型现代政治力量, 具有强烈现代化取向的马克思主义革命党承担起重振国家、 整合社会、 发展经济的历 史责任。 在中国近代的政治转型中, 基本国情和现代化的内在逻辑共同决定了政党主导型现代国家建设模式 的历史必然性。 中国共产党在全国范围内全面执政和长期执政后, 以政党为中心的国家治理和经济社会发展 既创造了全新的现代化范式, 也构成了理解中国式现代化科学内涵的重要维度, 马克思主义执政党主导社会 主义现代化国家建设是中国现代国家建设模式的首要特征。

Abstract:

China_' s modern state-building model has prominent party-dominant characteristics, which are embodied by _" party-building the state _" and_" party-governing the state_" : the CPC leads the social revolution and the governance of China by self-construction ,and promotes China_' s national construction and modernization by ruling-party building. The Xinhai Revolution of 1911 officially opened the path to building a Chinese-style modern state, and finding the right political force to unite and shape Chinese society has become the primary issue in building a new-type modern state. In the process of achieving sovereign independence and national reunification of the Chinese nation, the CPC, as a new modern political force with a high trinity of _" ism-party-military_" , and the Marxist Revolutionary Party with a strong modernization orientation, has undertaken the task of revitalizing the country, integrating society, and developing the historical responsibility of the economy. The party-led modern state construction model is ineluctable in the political transformation of modern China as a result of the basic national conditions and internal logic of modernization. The political party-centered state governance and economic and social development not only create a new paradigm of modernization but also provide an important dimension for understanding the scientific connotations of the new path of Chinese-style modernization.
